• Cancellation and Modification: Once an order is placed through our website, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. (If you made a mistake while order placement, send a message to us by Whatsapp on 7090135915 within an hour to make changes manually before shipping ,and we will try to accommodate the changes if feasible)
• Refunds for Lost/Damaged Orders: In the unfortunate event that your order is lost during transit or arrives in a damaged condition, we will process a refund to the same payment method used during the initial purchase.
• Replacements: We will consider replacements and refunds only in the following cases:
  • If the product/products have been damaged at the time of delivery.
  • If we have sent you the wrong product.
  • Please return the product in usable condition to process refunds

This visual evidence will help us expedite the process and provide you with a prompt resolution. Please note that any processing charges imposed by the payment gateway will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Timeframe for Requests: Any request for a refund or return should be intimated to us within 7 days of receipt of the product. Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or return.
